The AKC Government Relations team invites purebred dog enthusiasts across the Southeast U.S. to join a regional Zoom briefing on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 8:00 PM Eastern/7PM Central. Hosted by Brandon Johnson and Phil Guidry of AKC Government Relations, this session offers an opportunity to connect with purebred dog fanciers from throughout the region, review key 2026 legislative developments, and gain insight into emerging efforts impacting dog breeders and owners. Attendees will leave better prepared to navigate and respond to legislative challenges both in their states and throughout the region.
